  This product was inconsistent for me. One day I liked how my hair looked but not how it felt. Every other time I tried it I hated how my hair felt and looked. I wouldn't recommend it to someone with my texture of hair. It was crunchy and it dried my hair out. Not a fan.

  Decent hold. I would say that it would work better on 2c and mybe 3a hair. My hair is closer to 3b I believe. Anyway, watch my video review and see how it looks on my hair.

  African American 3b/3c hair (also reviewing on youtube under teaundra) I thought this was just ok. Way over priced. The consistency is like white elmers glue and its hard to work with if you hair is not throughly saturated with water, but it does provide nice definition is most areas of my head but still left it frizzy in others. The hold is medium with a very light crunch. Leaves hands extremely sticky like glue after applying, but you do not need much!

  I have lazy 2A wavy hair that takes on a lot of frizz. A dab of this product (blueberry size) in my hair after showering helps my hair to air-dry into 2B & somewhat 2C curls with some careful scrunching. Without having to use any heat, this product allows my hair to curl up, & have body, volume & great texture that lasts 2-3 days before needing to shampoo again. I don't need to use any other product unless I want a stiffer hold. This product leaves my hair feeling soft & touchable (it's a chin-length bob).

  It's just amazing! Really thick, so don't use a ton. I use less than a middle finger's length, and I have really small hands. I have pretty thin and decently long hair too, so a little goes a long way. Seriously made my curls look how I've always wanted my curly hair to look! The only reason I took a star off was the smell. When you're putting it on wet hair, it smells faintly of hair dye. This goes away when it's dry, but while I'm drying my hair I notice it!
  
  Ps I have 2C/3A curls. This stuff makes my hair curl into a 3A more easily.
  I would DEFINITELY recommend this product, the price is a bit steep but it's going to last a long time!

  One of the best new styling products I've tried. I thought TIGI had hit the jackpot with Curlesque Curls Rock Curl Amplifier, but this works even better on my curls. I actually had a coworker who had never previously commented on my hair compliment my curls. Shiny, well defined curls!
