Used on wet hair twist outs... not the best... greasy on my hair.
Used on dry hair and twisted out... really nice results. I'm torn. I like the smell and the texture. I just don't think this will be a staple for me

I'm african-american with thick, long, afro-like hair. I used this product once and will never use it again. Only if I'm completely out of all other hold products. The hold that this product provided was just okay. My major problem with this product was the excessive greasy feeling it left behind. Everytime I touched my hair, I felt like I had just finished eating some greasy fried chicken or something. I needed to wash my hands after each touch. No bueno.

I have 4a and some 4B hair and I really like this product. It provides good moisture, helps define and provide definition to my curls. I have now used it for several months for wash and gos and twist outs. I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews. My only annoyance is having to order the product online instead of just going to the store. I have now discovered Target products (such as Shea Moisture) which I am enjoying. I haven't given up my happy nappy styles yet though. It is a very good product.

horrible... I used this product to do my twist out and it flaked all throughtout my hair. I'll just stick with my twist out cream from my honey child from now on.

I love the Blended Beauty line, but this product kind of underwhelmed me. When my daughter was a baby, this worked great on her short, nappy hair. It's really moisturizing and her hair looked great! However, once she started getting some length, this product stopped being so wonderful. It was heavy and my kid's 4a hair felt saturated and full of build up. Thus, I recommend it for short hair, not long.

4B: I use this with Elucence moisture benefits shampoo/conditioner. When i first went natural over a year ago I thought my hair would never be soft and manageable. Thank goodness I was sooo wrong.

I was so excited when I read the reviews from another site. It arrived and I was like a kid on Christmas morning. Washed my hair and styled it with this. I felt like the kid on Christmas morning that got a dress instead of the Barbie they wrote to Santa asking for. Had to abort my plans for the following day and wash it out of my hair. Yes, it moisturizes but there is such thing as too much grease. I now have dreams of people singing 'Grease Lightning' to me if step outside my house with this in my hair. What can I do but keep it moving.

This is a cream geared more towards curly girls with really dry hair. This cream is extremely oily! Did not blend well with my hair gels, no definition, or frizz control. In fact, most BB hair products enhance frizz! I give it two curls for moisture.

I give this product 3 curls for softness, and moisture. The scent is fabulous too.
But, as a defining product, I give it a 2. It gives very little definition, and also, has little to no hold.
This product would product work best for Type 3 hair.

I love this, even though i'm a 3b/c mix and it's not aimed at my type.
I get defined soft curls and a little goes long way, it does give shrinkage but thats not a problem for me.
I love the scent and I think this is definitely a product i'll buy again

Left me with frizzy, shrunken hair. I gave it 2 curls for softness and moisture, but there are products I could use that are much cheaper.

I bought this because I thought it would be better than the regular butter cream but it just kinda sits on my hair, I don't care for it. Better off with curl butter & frizz pudding. It still smells great and is paraben free.

Yummy scent. I use this product after I wash my hair to give my curls (much needed) definition. It is very heavy, even for my 3c-4a curls, so use it sparingly.

curl boosting but also gave me intense spider weby frizz from first thing (probably because this is not intended for 2b/3a hair but more kinky-curly)

This is good stuff. Provides pretty good moisture and a bit of curl definition, and it's natural and has a great sweet almond scent. I use it every day and overall I love it.
4a with some 4b and 3c
